FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method includes steel melting, alloying, out-of-furnace treatment, steel tapping, austenisation, preliminary and finish deformation and cooling of rolled plates to environment temperature. At that steel with the following chemical composition is produced, wt %: carbon 0.12-0.18, magnesium 0.80-1.10, silicon 0.40-0.60, chrome 0.50-0.70, nickel 0.50-0.80, copper 0.40-0.70, titanium 0.005-0.035, aluminium 0.020-0.060, zirconium max. 0.010, phosphorous max. 0.015, sulphur max. 0.010, nitrogen max. 0.012, and iron - rest. Required atmosphere corrosion resistance is guaranteed by the steel chemical composition. Final deformation of the rolled steel is performed at 750-950°C. Then depending on user's requirements the roller plates can be subjected to normalisation or quenching with forced tempering.
EFFECT: high quality of rolling.
