FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: steel containing the following, wt %, is manufactured: carbon 0.08-0.12, manganese 0.5-0.9, silicon 0.8-1.2, nickel 0.20-0.50, chrome 0.20-0.60, aluminium 0.02-0.05, copper 0.30-0.50, titanium 0.01-0.03, vanadium 0.05-0.10, niobium 0.002-0.02, tantalum 0.0002-0.002, nitrogen 0.001-0.010, sulphur 0.002-0.015, phosphorus 0.005-0.020, calcium 0.005-0.03, and iron is the rest; steel pouring into continuous cast steel billets, billet austenisation, pre-deformation with regulated swagings within 10-18% at the temperature of 980-1060°C to the thickness that is determined from the following expression: T1f=1.5tp+50, where tp - specified plate thickness; then, air cooling of the obtained billet is performed by its being swayed on a roller bed, final deformation at the temperature of 830-780°C, further accelerated cooling of the roll in the mill flow at the rate of 12.0-13.5°C/sec to temperatures of 720-560°C and further retarded cooling in a pile to ambient air temperature.
EFFECT: obtaining rolled stock with thickness of 10-50 mm with improved properties of resistance against atmospheric corrosion, strength and cold resistance.
