FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: arrangement of a low-head soil dam 5 comprises a horizontal water-intake filtration tower 1, placed in the area of periodical forcing of an upper reach 2 level. The filtration tower 1 comprises a case 3 and a filtration filling 4. The filtration tower 1 via a check valve 6 provides for filling of an accumulating reservoir 7 with water in the period of high levels of the upper reach 2. The accumulating reservoir 7 is placed in the upper wedge of the soil dam 5 upstream the antifiltration element 12. The accumulating reservoir 7 is equipped with an inspection pit 8 and a float valve 9. A self-flow water conduit 11 is connected to the inspection pit 8 of the washed drain 14. The self-flow water conduit 11 has antifiltration membranes 13 in the area of crossing of the antifiltration element 12 of the soil dam 5. As the actuation level 10 is achieved, the valve 9 actuates 9 and discharges water along the self-flow water conduit 11 into the inspection pit of the washed drain 14.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of drainage structures operation and their service life.
