FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: proposed perforator consists of system to secure perforator to well wall, perforation system including hydraulic cylinder, bit, bit curved guide, bit feed system with drive hydraulic cylinder. Said system to secure perforator to well wall consists of first and second hydraulic cylinders. Note here that all said three systems are integrated in one hydroelectric system with logical control including motor connected to pump coupled with first filter, temperature gage, safety valve, second filter, first distributor connected with first solenoid valve, first pressure gage and, via check valve, with hydraulic accumulator, with fourth and third distributors coupled with check valve, fourth and third solenoid valves. Third distributor is communicated with head ends of first and second hydraulic cylinders connected to second pressure gage. Rods ends of first and second hydraulic cylinders are connected with second distributor coupled with second solenoid valve and first pressure gage, third hydraulic cylinder, and displacement transducer. Fourth distributor is connected to hydraulic motor with bit coupled with third pressure gage and rpm transducer, fifth distributor coupled with fifth solenoid valve, third hydraulic cylinder coupled with throttle and fourth pressure gage, fourth hydraulic cylinder coupled with fourth pressure gage, sixth distributor coupled with sixth solenoid valve and pressure gage. Note here sixth solenoid valve and pressure gage are interconnected. Note also that temperature gage, safety valve, third distributor, second distributor, hydraulic motor, fifth distributor and sixth distributor are connected with tank. Temperature gage, first solenoid valve, first pressure gage, fourth solenoid valve, third solenoid valve, second pressure gage, displacement transducer, third pressure gage, rpm transducer, fifth solenoid valve, fourth pressure gage and pressure relay are connected to controller.
