FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mining and is intended for the selection of rock samples (cores) during geophysical exploration of the well. Hydraulic actuator of the device comprises a plunger pump which is connected to a first electric motor, a first safety valve, a pressure main pipe, the first pressure sensor, the filter, through the pressure line and the first non-return valve with the first hydraulic distributor that is connected to the first accumulator, the second valve to the safety valve, the first hydraulic cylinder to which the first displacement sensor is connected, through a pressure line and a second valve, with the second hydraulic distributor, which is connected to the second accumulator, the third valve to the safety valve, the second hydraulic cylinder, with which a second displacement sensor and a stop arm are connected, a pressure pipe with a third hydraulic distributor that is connected to a hydraulic motor that is connected to the core bit via a reducer, through a pressure line and a third valve, with the fourth hydraulic distributor, which is connected to the third accumulator, the fourth valve to the safety valve, the third hydraulic cylinder to which the first stop is connected through the arcs of the first centralizer, the third displacement sensor, through the sixth distributor, through the pressure line and the fourth valve back to the fifth hydraulic valve, which is connected to the fourth accumulator, the fifth valve to the safety valve, the fourth hydraulic distributor, the fourth hydraulic cylinder, to which the second stop is connected through the arcs of the second centralizer, a fourth displacement sensor, through a seventh hydraulic distributor, and a drain main pipe connected to the tank, second pressure sensor, temperature sensor, level sensor, equalizing valve, valve, centrifugal pump connected to the second electric motor, discharge and discharge mains, the first hydraulic cylinder is connected to the tank via a first distributor and a drain line, the second hydraulic cylinder is connected to the tank through the second hydraulic distributor and the drain line, the third hydraulic cylinder is connected to the tank through the fourth and sixth hydraulic control valves and the drain line, the fourth hydraulic cylinder is connected to the tank through the fifth and seventh hydraulic distributors and the drain line, the hydraulic motor is connected to the tank through the third hydraulic distributor and drain line, the first safety valve is connected to the tank via a drain line.
EFFECT: technical result is the improvement of the energy characteristics of the lateral drilling electrohydraulic core barrel and an increase in the efficiency of core sampling at low weight and size characteristics of the device.
