FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: screw compressor with fluid medium injection includes two interacting rotors 2 and 3 which are mounted on supports in housing 1 in radial and axial directions. Housing forms rotor chamber 4, in which two rotors 2 and 3 are located, and in which there is fluid medium circulation and injection circuit 11. Radial support, at least of one rotor, is formed due to contact of that rotor with some part of wall of housing 1, which is opposite to external outline of that rotor, and/or due to interaction with the other rotor and maximum by means of one additional radial support.
EFFECT: reduction of compressor cost; simplification of its design.
