FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: acoustic sprayer includes housing with acoustic generator arranged inside it in the form of a nozzle and a resonator, air and fluid supply branch pipes; acoustic generator is made in the form of a conical nozzle coaxial to the housing and having an annular throttle hole with outer diameter dc, which is formed with the nozzle section and resonator rod with diameter drod and annular volumetric resonator with length h, which is formed with resonator rod and cylindrical cavity with outer diameter dr in fastener; at that, cavity of volumetric resonator is located at distance b from the nozzle section, and air supply branch pipe is located perpendicular to the housing axis and connected to annular cavity formed with a bead and inner surface of the housing; at that, on the bead there fixed is case with throttle holes which are coaxial to annular throttle hole, as well as resonator rod is fixed coaxially, and sprayed fluid is supplied through the branch pipe located perpendicular to the housing axis to annular cavity formed with casing and outer surface of the nozzle; at that, one end of casing is solid and connected to the housing, and in the other end enveloping the conical nozzle there made are throttle holes coaxial to annular throttle hole, and free threaded end of bead is fixed on end partition of the housing through a seal by means of a lock nut, and on free end of resonator rod there made is thread with an end collar, and fastener is made in the form of a nut having inner threaded part changing over to an annular groove being a cavity of volumetric resonator; nut is pressed to end collar of resonator rod by means of a lock nut.

EFFECT: higher spraying efficiency.
