FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drying of dispersed materials and can be used in microbiological, food, chemical and other industries. This is achieved by the fact that in a drying plant for high moisture materials containing housing in form of two truncated cones connected by large bases, gas distribution grating in its lower part, inert bodies inside body and spray of material being dried, placed at level of middle of upper cone height, to filaments are attached impellers having at least two blades, impellers being attached through one wick, and on chamber height they can be arranged in staggered order, and nozzle for product spraying is made acoustic and contains housing with internal acoustic oscillation generator in form of nozzle and resonator, nozzles for supplying air and liquid, acoustic oscillation generator is made in form of conical nozzle coaxial with housing and having annular throttle opening with external diameter dc formed by nozzle cut and resonator rod of diameter dct and annular cavity resonator of length h formed by resonator rod and cylindrical cavity with external diameter dp in fastening member, while cavity of volume resonator is separated from nozzle cutoff at distance b, and air supply pipe is perpendicular to housing axis and is connected to annular cavity formed by roller and inner surface of housing, while on platen there is fixed cage with throttling holes coaxial with ring throttle opening, and also resonator rod is coaxially fixed, and sprayed liquid is supplied through branch pipe perpendicular to housing axis into annular hollow formed by casing and outer nozzle surface, one end of casing being made solid and connected to casing, and in the other end, which surrounds conical nozzle, throttling openings are coaxial with ring throttle opening, while on side opposite to cavity resonator there is provided adjusting device in form of handwheel with oil seal that is mounted on free end of roller, and the ratio of the length h of the annular cavity resonator to the distance b from the open surface of the cavity of the cavity resonator to the nozzle section lies in the optimal range of values h/b = 0.7÷1.3; outer diameter ratio dp of annular volume resonator to diameter dct of outer cylindrical surface of resonator rod lies in optimal range of values: dp/dct = 1.2÷1.9; ratio of diameter dc of ring throttle opening of nozzle to diameter dct of outer cylindrical surface of resonator rod lies in optimal range of values: dc/dct = 1.1÷1.7, and to nozzle shell, external diffuser is coaxially attached, and internal perforated diffuser is coaxially attached to fastening element of annular cavity resonator with resonator bar, in such a way that output sections of external and internal diffusers lie in one plane perpendicular to annular volume resonator axis.
EFFECT: increasing drying performance.
