SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural production, in particular to grinder-mixers of feed. Technical result is achieved by feed grinder-mixer, which comprises a vertical cutting body placed in the housing which is made in the form of a screw thread with cutting edges on its periphery, and the counter-cutting element covering the cutting body. At that as the counter-cutting element a screw working body with ribbon flight and directions of winding and rotation opposite the cutting body. And the screw working bodies have pointed bent coils for preliminary crushing of the material. The drive shaft of the ribbon screw working body is made hollow and rotates on the shaft of the working body with a solid bolt.

EFFECT: increased productivity of grinder-mixers and reduction of energy consumption for grinding material and production of mixtures, as well as improvement the quality of the resulting final product.
