FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, more specifically ophthalmosurgery. Said device comprises an optical part and a haptic part with curved elements. The optic part comprises two lenses movable along an optic axis. Each lens is provided by two diametrically arranged projections interacting with two grooves in the haptic parts. The curved elements of the haptic part are presented in the form of ellipse segments of the excentricity of 0.04-0.08 and the focal parameter of 6.0-11.0, with different refraction indexes of the lenses.
EFFECT: use of the given invention enables reducing ocular tissue injuries, chromatic aberrations, providing higher lens fastening security in the IOL structure with graduated intraocular change of refractive power.
