SUBSTANCE: invention relates to application of antisecretory protein (AF) or homologue and/or its fragment, which has antisecretary activity, and/or its pharmaceutically active salt, where said protein (AP) corresponds to amino acid sequence, presented in SEQ ID NO:6 and/or where said fragment contains amino acid sequence, presented in SEQ ID N:4 for preparation of pharmaceutical composition or medicinal product for treatment or prevention of compartment-syndrome.

EFFECT: invention ensures elimination or reduces development of increased pressure in closed compartments, which facilitates introduction of other pharmaceutical medications, as well as aiming of said medications medicines at their target.
