Abstract RU 2466177 C1

FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: gasification chamber 2 is filled with charcoal and wood. After loading a loading hatch 1 is tightly closed. A heating device is a sectional inducer 11 with alternate pitch of winding along height of the gasification chamber 2. The inducer 11 is arranged in the form of a pipe from electroconductive material with low specific electric resistance with outer insulation and is arranged on a steel body of the gasification chamber 2. Sections of the inducer 11 are connected into a common thermal circuit via dielectric spacers 4. The gasification chamber 2 and the inducer 11 are placed into a heat insulation case from a dielectric material. Dry distillation of wood is carried out. Charcoal and generator gas are produced. Generator gas is taken from the lower part of the gasification chamber 2.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase resources of a used electric heating device, to increase efficiency of gasification process, to reduce costs for materials preparation.
