FIELD: fuel energy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fuel energy, namely to gas generating plants, mainly using waste from agricultural production and timber processing. The invention can mainly be used to power internal combustion engines (ICE), as well as for gasification and heat supply in industry, agriculture, for autonomous settlements, etc. A gas generating plant contains a fixed base with a gas generator frame mounted on it with supports for mounting, while the gas generator frame is mounted on the fixed base with the possibility of tilting in a vertical plane at an angle α, which lies in the range from 0 to 90°, a gas generator case with a gasification chamber, individual air supply channels in the form of tubes with blow tuyeres at one end and electromagnetic valves at the other end, while the gas generator case is installed with the possibility of rotation on frame supports around the vertical axis with an angular frequency ω from 10 to 1000 h-1. Inside the gasification chamber, there are ribs along the inner helical line at an angle β relatively to the longitudinal axis of the gasification chamber, the lower end of the gasification chamber is made in the form of a hemisphere containing several planes of blow tuyeres located with an offset relatively to each other along planes, and in gaps between blow tuyeres there are holes that perform functions of a grate.
EFFECT: possibility to organize in the gasification chamber of the gas generator various methods of reactions for the gasification of solid fuel (surface, layer, in a pseudo-boiling layer, etc.), eliminating the effect of the formation of arches and uneven supply of solid fuel to a reaction zone of the gas generator, optimizing a mode of ash removal from the reaction zone of the gas generator, when the angle of inclination of the gas generator case in the vertical plane is changed.
