FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: adjustable hinge for doors and windows comprises (a) two bodies of a hinge (11, 12) for fixation to a door frame (13) and a door fold (14); (b) a rotary finger (15), serving for hinged connection of hinge bodies (11, 12); (c) a facility (17) to adjust mutual position of these two hinge bodies (11, 12) in a direction (Z) across the rotary finger axis. An adjustment facility (17) comprises a bushing (20), joined on axis with a rotary finger (15), defining the outer side surface (20b) with the appropriate body (22), defined in the first (11) of the specified hinge bodies (11, 12). The bushing (20) is hingedly connected to the body (22) so that while in a permanent contact with walls (22a, 22b) of the cavity (22) under any rotation for change of its position, it may occupy mainly any required position along the limited length of the transverse adjustment in the direction (Z). Reversible facilities of blocking (25) are provided to fix a bushing (20) in positions, which it may occupy in the body (20), due to axial action in a certain direction of blocking (0). The bushing (20) comprises at least three separate parts (20b) in contact with the body (22) walls arranged at the angle relative to each other. When blocking facilities (25) actuate, at least two of the specified separate parts (20b) create an axial force in direction to each other at appropriate parts (22a, 22b) of the specified walls, to select any clearance in the gap between the bushing (20) and the body (22) in directions at the angle to each other.

EFFECT: creation of an improved type of a controlled hinge for doors and windows.
