FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: pump unit is designed for supply of paste lubricant under pressure through lubricating nipples to lubricated assemblies of motor transport, agricultural and other machines at their maintenance and repair. Lubricating pump unit based on the jack, which is equipped in addition with a shell, pressure disc and compression spring, is proposed. Piston is arranged in pump unit housing so that housing cavity is divided into two parts, one of which is intended for lubricant, and the other one - for working fluid. Cavity of pump unit, which is intended for working fluid, is commuted with below-piston cavity of the jack through a three-way valve. As a result, pump unit is driven with the jack. For convenient implementation of the lubrication process the pump unit tip is equipped with outlet valve provided with possibility of lubricant passage through it at force impact of the tip nozzle on lubricating nipple. Pressure gauge is connected to below-piston cavity of the jack to monitor the oil pressure both in the jack, and in the pump unit. The above mentioned allows creating a lubricating pump unit with improved operational properties.
EFFECT: possibility of using the jack as hydromechanical energy accumulator unit is provided.
