FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and is intended for injection of flushing, lubricating and sealing materials into units of shutoff and control valves, and is also used for supply of high-viscosity materials to places of sealing or lubrication by means of pressure of another liquid. Device for lubrication of shut-off valves consists of assembled on a common frame equipped with wheels: loading container (1), made of a metal pipe, high-pressure valve (5), power cylinder (6), pneumatic hydraulic pump (9), used to squeeze operating material from power cylinder (6) to consumer, pipeline (2), valve (3) for air removal from the system, high-pressure hose (8), pressure gauge (7), jack (12), moisture separating filter (10) and lubricator (11) for preparation of working medium for pneumatic hydraulic pump (9).

EFFECT: ease of manufacture and assembly, repairability, possibility of using unified elements, improved operating conditions due to low inlet pressure of air or gas (0,4–0,7 MPa), possibility of supplying operating material to channels of shutoff and control valves.
