SUBSTANCE: launching plant includes base, movable pack of fan-like launching tubes, which has the possibility of being oriented as to elevation angle and as to azimuth. Launching tubes are located like a fan along generatrixes of hyperboloid of rotation and hinged to two equally spaced discs kinematically connected to drives.
EFFECT: wide capture zone at relatively high reponse speeds of the plant.
