LAUNCHER FOR LAUNCHING SMALL-SIZED MISSILES Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

FIELD: rocketry, applicable in construction of launchers for launching small-sized missiles, anti-hail inclusive.

SUBSTANCE: the launcher has a pack of launching tubes installed on a rotating base, footpad, guidance mechanisms and fixation in azimuth and elevation. The launching tubes are located in two vertical planes, parallel and symmetrical to the plane passing through the center of rotation of the base, they are provided with hinged shutters.

EFFECT: reduced weight of the launcher at an increased stiffness of it, reduced cost of production of the launchers.
