FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: in startup and deceleration vector control method there determined is frequency and phase of sliding e.m.f. induced in rotor (2) windings with rotary magnetic field of stator (5) and excitation voltage on sliding frequency is supplied by means of frequency converter (1) to rotor (2) windings. Excitation voltage phase is specified relative to sliding e.m.f. phase with offset to advancing side at startup, and to delay side at deceleration, and amplitude is controlled in compliance with the required torque moment. Offset of excitation voltage relative to sliding e.m.f. phase is specified within 80-100 electrical degrees. Device includes frequency converter (1) feeding the rotor (2) winding of asynchronised machine, control device (3), stator (5) voltage sensor (4) of asynchronised machine and rotor (2) position sensor (6). Control device (3) consists of unit (11) that controls the converter in normal operation mode, and unit 12 that controls the converter in startup and deceleration modes. Switch-over of converter is performed with switch (13).
EFFECT: providing mobile startup and deceleration without using any additional equipment.
