SUBSTANCE: systems and methods are proposed to control violation of cryptosynchronisation between a network (eNB) and mobile stations, which may happen during movement, which is a technical result. Violation of synchronisation is solved by means of transferring HFN and order number (numbers) of PDCP from the initial eNB to the target eNB. To avoid repeated use of the cryptosynchronisation parameter for the specified key, reverse displacement is applied relative to the initial value of the COUNT counter for the target eNB.
EFFECT: these approaches do not require "on-air" transmission of signals, at the same time processing of a COUNT value in a network is transparent for a mobile station.
