SUBSTANCE: various described aspects can lower delays associated with PDCP packet reordering during service transfer by means of determination, transmission and/or otherwise identification of one or more indices during service transfer which help to transfer packets without losses to terminal with minimum delay. These indices can include serial number information for source node B, information regarding to size of step or hop applied to serial number by target node B, reset command and/or other suitable indices.
EFFECT: control of data delivery and processing in wireless communication system and reordering packets according to protocol of data packets convergence during service transfer operation.
