SUBSTANCE: installation contains a suction band conveyer (2) placed along the layerage section; the sandwich cookies are manufactured on the suction band (11) of the layerage section. The following devices are successfully placed above the suction band conveyer (2): cookies distributing head (17) for lower cookies distribution onto the suction band (11), the first cookie supplying device (3), the first control-and-measurement device (4) for lower cookies placed on the suction band (11), a cylindrical covering head (23) of the covering device (5) for filler application onto lower cookies, the second cookies distributing head (31) of the second cookie supplying device (6) for positioning upper cookies onto lower cookies filler, the second control-and-measurement device (7) for sandwich cookies positioned on the suction band (11) and a calibration device (9) for sandwich cookies.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase performance and simplify the structure.
