FIELD: baking industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has base continuously rotating around stationary shaft and adapted for supporting baking surfaces. Base is made in the form of drum with outer peripheral surface having at least one surface portion adapted for baking and movable in circular path, with at least one stationary outer baking zone being joined to said path. Drum surface may be equipped on its inner side with at least one circumferentially movable baking surface joined to at least one stationary inner baking zone. Dough strip continuously produced by means of dough applying device in each baking zone is partially baked during rotation of drum, while endless strip is continuously separated by means of separating device from each circumferentially movable baking surface of drum. EFFECT: improved quality of endless strip by uniform distribution of heat over drum surface and uniform thickness of baked strip. 10 cl, 8 dwg
