SUBSTANCE: user is placed inside wheel (2) on foothold (1). This foothold (1) is placed across the wheel (2) and is connected with torsion bar (5). The foothold (1) has balance beams (3) with support wheels (4). Turning in the selected direction is executed when the foothold (1) is depressed so that on the selected side one of two wheels (4) could descend on road.
