FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: anchors handling device for a vessel intended for anchors installation is adapted to move an anchor from horizontal position when it lays on vessel's afterdeck into vertical position when it is suspended abaft. The device contains two shoulders, aft roller. The first ends of shoulders are installed in such a way that are able to rotate around horizontal axis perpendicular to vessel's longitudinal axis and coinciding with rotation axis of aft roller. The roller is located at aft end of vessel's cargo deck. Shoulders carry anchor roller on their second ends. Anchor roller rotation axis is parallel to rotation axis of shoulders.

EFFECT: design simplification and higher safety during cargo handling.
