FIELD: packaging.
SUBSTANCE: combined packaging material is declared, which comprises the following successive layers: the outer layer of low density polyethylene, which protects the material from moisture with a thickness of 10 to 30 microns, the bearing or shaping layer of cardboard with a density of 200-300 g/cm3 and a thickness of 150 to 250 microns, the polyethylene layer that improves the formability of the bearing layer, with a thickness of 5-20 microns; at least one barrier layer which prevents the penetration of gases, with a thickness of 10-20 microns, and a layer of polyethylene for heat sealing of the packaging product, with a thickness of 5-20 microns. The barrier layer in particular is made of polyethylene, organoclay particles and nano-particles of molecular silicasole to the surface of which functional groups are grafted with the chemical structure (-CnH2n+1), where n is 10-18.
EFFECT: declared combined material is obtained by the available coextrusion method, and is characterised by higher barrier properties with use of polymers with low gas permeabilty as a barrier layer.
