FIELD: packaging industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multilayer wrapping films, which are characterised by capacity for internal distribution of stresses to ensure improved resistance to scratching and puncture. Wrapping film contains: an outer layer of organic clay web containing a loose sealing layer to form a weld; a lower base layer containing metal-coated polymer, herewith, the metal is deposited on at least one surface of the polymer layer; a coextruded binding layer between the outer layer and lower base layer, wherein the coextruded binding layer contains one or several layers of polyethylene and one or several layers of ethylene copolymer and acrylic acid; a layer of ethylene copolymer and acrylic acid, extruded so that it is connected with the metal-coated polymer bottom base layer; and ratio of thickness of one or more layers of polyethylene to thickness of layer of ethylene copolymer and acrylic acid ranges from 1:1 to 7:1 to ensure that the wrapping film is configured for deformation as one whole structure under the effect of deforming voltage on the outer surface of the wrapping film. Also described is a method of extrusion lamination of wrapping film.
EFFECT: creation of a wrapping film capable to preserve structural integrity during operation in order to minimise loss of products in case of a puncture or damage of the film.
