FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: water is charged electrostatically by passing through internal cavity of high-voltage electrode, on which relatively to earthed electrode supplied is potential, whose value lies in the range 1-5 kV, water jet is formed on the output of point part of conical high-voltage electrode and directed into air space between electrodes, in which aeration of water jet is performed, for which purpose jet is bent and rotated around its vertical axis, bending and rotation of jet around its vertical axis being performed by impact on jet with rotating magnetic field, whose strength is directed perpendicular to its vertical axis.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to change value of hydrogen pH index and water redox potential, prevent limescale on walls of water pipelines and household appliances, thus extending area of processed water application.
