ABRASIVE GRINDING PASTE Russian patent published in 2012 - IPC C09G1/02

Abstract RU 2467047 C1

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of abrasive pastes. The abrasive grinding paste contains an abrasive material and viscous binder. Grains of the abrasive material have the same shape which is selected based on the required processing results. The same shape of grains in the paste is achieved by pre-sorting the starting abrasive mass according to shape using any known method (vibration sorting, sorting in a stream of air or liquid etc).

EFFECT: content of abrasive grains of an ordered, identical shape in the paste increases efficiency (grinding ratio) and reduces roughness of processes surfaces of articles.
