FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: domestic dryer for linen comprises an outer box-shaped housing, a substantially cylindrical drum for linen to be dried which is mounted inside the box-shaped housing with the ability of rotation about its longitudinal axis, a coating containing a sheet of soft lining material of specified thickness, made with the ability to cover the surface of the cylindrical side wall of the drum. The cylindrical side wall is made of metal. The device has fastening means providing a solid fixation of the sheet on the inner surface of the cylindrical side wall with the ability to be dismounted easily, for lining and protection of the surface of the cylindrical side wall of the drum. The sheet of the lining material comprises several blind plastic mats of foamed polymer with open or closed cells. The mats are made with the ability to line the entire surface of the cylindrical side wall. The sheet has a built-in set of permanent magnets to secure the plastic mat of foamed polymer on the surface of the cylindrical side wall.
EFFECT: simplified dismounting and repeated mounting of elements of the drum, reducing the noise is provided.
