FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and may be used for fixation of weak clayey soils with binding materials. The device for stabilisation of soils with binding materials includes a vehicle, a rotary platform with drilling equipment and a system of control over feed of a drilling mixer, a cement-mixing unit with a receiving hopper with a system of pneumatic loading, a cement batcher, a safety net, with a mixer, and also with a reservoir for water comprising a batching device, arranged from two chambers, every of which is connected via a batching device with a mixer, a unit of binding material supply with a day tank, with a discharge pipeline with a three-way valve and a system to control supply of binding material. Instrumentation equipment is equipped with direct coupling and feedback between sensors of moisture and pressure installed in the lower part of the drilling mixer blades, and working mechanisms of the device. The plant is equipped with a speed mixer and a weight strain-gauge batcher, and also inclinometres installed on the vehicle frame and mast.

EFFECT: higher quality, reliability and efficiency of stabilisation of weak natural soils, provision of automated control of works performance process.
