FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, in particular, to devices for formation of trenches in soil, and may be used in construction of manifold pipelines, underground utilities and other underground structures, both on the ground and under water. The device comprises a chassis with a mechanism for its displacement, hingedly joined with the chassis and installed as capable of rotation in the vertical plane and fixation in intermediate positions, a frame, and working and transporting elements placed on the frame. The working element is arranged in the form of two augers arranged symmetrically relative to the vertical plane stretching via the longitudinal axis of the frame symmetry, to form a trench profile with blades, which have an opposite direction of winding. The transporting element is arranged in the form of a screening shield fixed on the frame and two augers arranged symmetrically relative to the vertical plane stretching via the longitudinal axis of the frame symmetry, to remove soil with blades, which have an opposite direction of winding. At the same time longitudinal axes of auger symmetry for formation of trench profile and augers to remove soil are arranged at the sharp angle to vertical planes stretching accordingly via the longitudinal and transverse axis of the frame symmetry. The frame is arranged with diverters fixed on it for generation of dumps, which are arranged symmetrically relative to the vertical plane stretching via the longitudinal axis of the frame symmetry.
EFFECT: reduced energy intensity of a process of trench formation with simultaneous reduction of stresses in an installed utility, and also improved cleaning of a trench bottom from products of destruction.
