FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: according to method, initially pioneer bore-hole is driven and pressure rod is installed in it which is connected with working member. Then, working member is moved forward and section of pioneer bore-hole is widened. Located in widened section is forming unit which is moved towards forming member, thus forming lining layer of bore-hole. Formation of lining layer is effected in forming chamber by compaction of lining material by means of hydraulic jacks of pressure ring. Displacement of forming unit is effected by means of hydraulic jacks of pressure ring. In formation of lining layer of bore-hole, value of ring pressure on lining material is adjusted. Device has working member with mechanism for its displacement, forming unit with forming chamber and pipeline for delivery of lining material. Forming chamber is made up of inner and outer shells and pressure ring. Located between shells are hydraulic jacks. Rods of hydraulic jacks are connected with pressure ring. Body of hydraulic jacks is connected with inner shall. Outer shell is connected with body of working member. Inner shell can be axially moved with limited range and can interact with thrust protrusion on outer shell. Working member displacement mechanism is in the form of pressure rod which is connected with body of working member. EFFECT: high efficiency. 15 cl, 8 dwg
