FIELD: pipeline construction technology. SUBSTANCE: method for creation of pipeline in ground and/or creation of internal protective housing in pipeline during their trenchless laying is based on movement of forming device along design axis of preliminarily created bore-hole or preliminarily laid pipeline. Simultaneously with movement of forming device, delivered under pressure into space between its centering unit and head-piece is lining material. Pipeline or internal protective housing in it is formed with walls. Thickness of walls in their lower part is larger than their thickness in upper part of protective housing. Device for realization of aforesaid method has centering unit with cylindrical working surface, head-piece with working surface which is formed by surface of body of revolution, and piping for delivery of lining material. Head-piece is rigidly connected with centering unit. Centering unit and head-piece together create annular space which is connected with lining material delivery piping. Longitudinal axes of symmetry of centering unit and head-piece are located in parallel and displaced relative to each other over lateral axis of device. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 5 cl, 4 dwg
