FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction and operation of buildings and structures equipped with a sloping roof with cold attics, in particular, to the method for prevention of ice crusts and icicles formation on such roofs. In the method roof dormers in attics are used for inflow of external air, and exhaust of internal air is carried out via deflectors additionally installed in the upper zone of attic premises and equipped with special gravitational stop and control devices, which automatically support the specified minimum temperature of air in attic premises, but avoiding their overcooling in case of severe frosts, by disconnection of the above deflectors.
EFFECT: improved heat insulation of heat sources arranged in attic premises.
