FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Proposed method comprises assembling stages with fitting bottom impeller axial bearing in place, locking extreme impellers on the shaft against axial play, fitting set of stages in pump casing and locking guide vanes relative thereto. In fitting impellers in operating position, their hubs and guide vanes are strained axially by tightening set of impellers on the shaft and tightening set of guide vanes inside pump casing. Set of guide vanes are pre-tightened to contact between top impeller and top adjacent guide vanes and controlled by hard rotation of the shaft. Final tightening of the set of impellers is effected to breakage of contact between bottom impeller and its axial bearing and controlled by light rotation of the shaft and breaking the electric circuit including LED with electrical supply and two electric conductors, one being secured on pump bed and another being connected to the shaft to allow axial breaking.
EFFECT: decreased time of assembly, simplified process and reduced labor input.
