FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to survey of powder samples with the help of electrical facilities and may be used for monitoring of material quality in powder metallurgy and pyrotechnics. The method according to invention consists in the fact that measurement of electric resistance of different sections is carried out between points of opposite surfaces of the sample, the average mean-square deviation is calculated, as well as a variation coefficient, being a criterion of sample homogeneity by composition and electroconductivity. The method is carried out with application of a detachable press-die installed on a platform 6 comprising a body 3, a tray 5 and a puncheon 2 made of dielectric material and equipped with probes 8 in the amount of 7 pieces and on the tray and the puncheon: by 6 along the periphery and by one in the centre, making it possible to measure electric resistance of various sample sections.

EFFECT: invention provides for expansion of functional capabilities by implementation of express control of homogeneity of mixture powder materials by a quantitative criterion.
