SUBSTANCE: application: method of signal detection with an alternating Doppler effect present relates to the field of special radio engineering and is designed for use in systems of detection and tracking of moving objects. The invention concept is as follows: in the method of signal detection with an alternating Doppler effect present, an operation of matched filtration of received realisation is carried out, consisting in calculation of direct Fourier transform of an input process, multiplication of a complex Fourier spectrum of an input process with a coupled Fourier spectrum of a radiated signal, calculation of a reserve Fourier transform from a result of multiplication, calculation of a squared module and comparison with a threshold, at the same time prior to the operation of calculation of direct Fourier transform, previously an operation is carried out for inverse re-digitisation of the received realisation. The signal detection device comprises an ADC, a recirculator, a calculator of quick Fourier transform, a complex multiplier, a calculator of reverse quick Fourier transform, a calculator of a squared module, a threshold device, a fixed memory. The device additionally comprises a unit of inverse re-digitisation and a control device.

EFFECT: increased noise immunity of signal detection with an alternating Doppler effect present.
