FIELD: radar ranging and radio navigation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radars and is intended for use in pulse Doppler (PD) radars operating at a high pulse repetition rate. Said result is achieved due to the fact that the device comprises a digital former of quadrature components, a matched filter, a distance-time portrait former, autofocus signal former, an amplitude spectrum calculator, an amplitude spectrum symmetry center calculator, a reference signal matrix former, matrix element multiplier, a distance-frequency portrait former, and a module calculator. Said components of the claimed device are connected to each other in a certain way.
EFFECT: increased signal-noise ratio and resolution of the speed of highly maneuverable targets moving with a variable radial velocity.
