The claimed device contains a digital quadrature component shaper, a matched filter, a fast Fourier transform processor, a spectrum matrix shaper, an element matrix multiplier, an inverse fast Fourier transform processor, a phase multiplier calculator, a phase multiplier matrix shaper, a range-time portrait shaper, a range-frequency portrait shaper, a module calculator and a threshold processing unit.
EFFECT: reduction in the number of radiated and received packets of radio pulses in pulse-Doppler radars to compensate for the migration of high-speed targets over a range.
