Abstract RU 2467400 C1

FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to simulators. bus simulator includes sealed capsule (19) installed on dynamic platform, which capsule is made as actual bus cab (5) with driver's workplace (6) with seat (7), standard controls (8) and instrumentation with sensors, dashboard (9), as well as display system with front (10) and side screens (12, 13) respectively, audio system (14) and instructor workplace (15) with common control system (16) to synchronise operation of systems and simulator components. Additionally, the capsule (19) is equipped with microclimate and air quality simulation system, video cameras and sensors to control driver's psychophysiological state as well as vibrators (17, 18) for driver's seat (7) and dynamic platform respectively. In the capsule (19), past-cab space (20) is provided having seats (21) for passengers, front door (22) and self-contained power supply. Herewith, the front screen (10) is installed externally in close proximity to the capsule (19), and side screens (12, 13) made as liquid crystal monitors simulate rear view mirrors. The display system reproduces and controls wide range of factors characterising traffic conditions.

EFFECT: higher accuracy in reproduction of bus controls, operation principles of all systems and aggregates; presence effect is created.
