FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to methods and devices to produce mechanical oscillations using electric energy. The method of low-vibration random cargo drifting lies in fixing of stator or a group of stators at a stand or a frame, at that case of each stator as well as its inner space is divided into sectors where inductor coils are placed and electric current or magnet fields are generated by their means in inner space of each sector; in inner space of each stator the rotor shaft is placed at least with one wheel, at that at each wheel the axis is fixed with segments, between segments in the rotor rotation plane equal gaps are formed and resilient elements are installed in them, herewith the segments are made so that they may be rolled around their axes, they also have mass eccentricity with points of mass eccentricity in the rotor rotation plane lie behind the circle perpendicular to their axes with windings and cores, which generate electric current or magnet fields and which are connected to electric circuits of the device through commutator-and-brush assembly or permanent magnets.
EFFECT: development of the device with high specific power rating, which does not generate high vibration during operation and may be used to induce random cargo drifting for different purpose in engineering.
