FIELD: physics, computer engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering. The selective amplifier, having a first input transistor, whose base is connected to a signal source, the collector is connected to the output of the device and through a first resistor to the first power supply bus, and the emitter is connected through a first current-stabilising two-terminal device to the second power supply bus, a second input transistor, whose emitter is connected through a second current-stabilising two-terminal device to the second power supply bus and through a first balancing capacitor to the emitter of the first input transistor, and the collector is connected to the first power supply bus, wherein the first balancing capacitor is connected in series to a first additional resistor, the base of the second input transistor is connected to the collector of the first input transistor, and a second balancing capacitor is connected in parallel to the first resistor through alternating current.
EFFECT: high Q-factor of the amplitude-frequency curve of the amplifier and its voltage gain at quasi-resonance frequency f0.
