FIELD: physics, computer engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering. The selective amplifier, having a first input transistor, whose base is connected to a first signal source, and the emitter is connected through a first current-stabilising two-terminal device to a first power supply bus, a second input transistor whose emitter is connected to the first power supply bus through a second current-stabilising two-terminal device, and the collector is connected to a second power supply bus, a first frequency-setting resistor connected between the output of the device and the second power supply bus, a first balancing capacitor connected between emitters of the first and second input transistors, wherein the circuit includes a current mirror whose base input is connected to the collector of the first input transistor, the common emitter output is connected to the output of the device, the current output is connected to a potential bias circuit, the output of the device is connected to the base of the second input transistor, wherein a second balancing capacitor is connected in parallel to the first frequency-setting resistor through alternating current.
EFFECT: high Q-factor of the amplitude-frequency curve of the amplifier and its voltage gain at quasi-resonance frequency f0.
