FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: selective amplifier includes the first (1) input transistor, signal source (2), the first current-stabilising bipole (3) connected to the first (4) bus of power supply, the first (5) correcting capacitor, current mirror (6) consistent with the second (7) power supply bus, non-inverting buffer stage (8), and the second (9) input transistor. In order to achieve the effect, base of the second (9) input transistor is connected to output (10) of buffer stage (8) and connected through the first (11) frequency-determining resistor as to alternating current to common bus of power supplies. The first (5) correcting capacitor is connected as to alternating current and parallel to the first (11) frequency-determining resistor. The second (12) frequency-determining resistor and the second (13) correcting capacitor, which are in-series connected, are connected between emitters of the first (1) and the second (9) input transistors, and emitter of the second (9) input transistor is connected to the first (4) power supply bus through the second (14) current-stabilising bipole.
EFFECT: improving Q factor of amplitude-frequency response of the amplifier and its amplification coefficient as to voltage at quasi-resonance frequency f0, which allows reducing the total power consumption and implementing high-quality selective microwave device.
