SUBSTANCE: in the amplifier the third current-stabilising dipole is connected between the second bus of a source of supply and a base of the second input transistor, in parallel to the emitter-base transition of which an additional p-n transition is connected, between the base of the second input transistor and the emitter of the first input transistor there are serially connected first correcting capacitor and the second frequency-setting resistor, the output of the device is connected with the base of the first input transistor, the collector of which is connected to the second bus of the source of supply, in parallel to the first frequency-setting resistor, there is the second correcting capacitor connected by AC, the collector of the second input transistor is connected with the input of the additional current mirror, matched, and its current output is connected with the output of the device, and the input of the device is connected with the emitter of the second input transistor.

EFFECT: reduced total power consumption.
