SUBSTANCE: shredding device (1) for shredding stipiform material with the distributor (14) adjoining it, comprising a rotor (2) with fixed pendular form or figidly in pairs or individually on the retaining rings (3), placed at a distance from each other with the distribution with shredding blades, and a housing (10) in which the rotor (2) is mounted with the ability of rotation, with the inlet (10A) for stipiform material and an outlet (10B) for the crushed material, as well as with motionless anvils (12) interacting with the shredding blades, as well as the distributor (14) adjacent to the outlet (10B) of the housing (10) with the guide plates (9) extending obliquely to the axis of the rotor (2A) for the crushed material, which form under the cover element (14A) the channels (14B) open downwards on the side of the end for placing the material in which for distribution of the flow rate for the crushed material and for its distribution over a certain width of placing the bent or unbent guide plates (9) of the distribution device with the system of twisted shredding blades on the rotor (2B) housing, obliquely oriented to the right and to the left relative to the rotor (2B) of the housing.
