SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to devices for vegetables peeling. The potato peeler includes a base, a working chamber, a rotor, a pipe-line for water delivery into the working chamber with a tap positioned on the pipe-line. Mounted on the base are a volumetric rotary movement hydromotor, communicating with the water delivery pipe-line, and a gear for the potato peeler rotor to be driven by the hydromotor. The hydromotor drain nozzle is connected to the working chamber of the potato peeler via a pipe.

EFFECT: invention usage allows to enhance vegetables peeling quality.
