In an upper sheet 30 of the diaper comprising a transversally medium area 31 extending from front to back borders through an area fitting gluteal cleft, lift and right intermediate areas 32, 32 from left and right sides from the transversally medium area and extending from front to back borders through areas fitting left and right gluteal areas respectively, and left and right areas 33, 33, extending from front to back borders along the left side of the left intermediate area and the right side of the right intermediate area respectively, there are formed a great number of permeable holes H with pre-specified intervals in the transversally medium area 31, in the left area and the right area 33, 33 respectively, and the permeable holes H are found in the left and right intermediate areas 32, 32.

EFFECT: invention enables avoiding adhesion of excrements flowing back in the diaper to user's gluteus area and impairment of an ability to absorb thin stool and similar.
