FIELD: chemical industry; alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents the apparatus for manufacture of extracts from vegetable raw materials. It may be used in chemical industry for realization of the mass-exchange processes in a solid-liquid system. The apparatus contains a body, a cylinder located coaxially to the body, a shaft with a mixer, a cover with the drive and branch-pipes, a bottom. The body is supplied with a hatch with a squeezer. The cylinder located coaxially to the body has an upper open part and its lower part is fixed on the mixer blades. On its side surface there are spokes installed radially. On the cover there is a pulsation chamber linked with the upper open part of the cylinder and through a branch-pipe - with external generator of pneumatic variable-polarity pulses of pressure. Above the bottom there is a lattice, which surface is located in the plane of loading of the squeezer. The given design of the apparatus allows to increase efficiency of extraction in a solid-liquid system in production of alcoholic beverage industry at reduction of losses of the extract. EFFECT: the apparatus allows to increase efficiency of extraction and to decrease losses of the extract. 1 dwg
